Last updated: October 29, 2026. Marketing Analytics is an independent reporting connector for Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Google Ads, intended for use with ChatGPT. Contact: yonatan@bdwo.co.il.

Google user data accessed

When you authorize the connector, it may access your Google account identifier and verified email address and reporting data from GA4, Google Search Console and Google Ads properties that you are authorized to view. Requested data can include traffic, acquisition, search performance, indexing, advertising and campaign-reporting information.

How data is used

Google API data is accessed to answer the reporting questions requested by the authenticated user. The connector does not use this information for advertising targeting and does not sell Google user data.

Google API permissions

GA4 and Search Console connections request read-only scopes. Google's Google Ads OAuth permission is broad, but the current Marketing Analytics tool interface performs read-only reporting operations. It does not offer campaign creation, edits or deletion.

Storage and processors

OAuth refresh credentials are stored in encrypted form in a Cloudflare D1 database to maintain the connection; account and session records are maintained to support authentication. Report responses are returned to the connected ChatGPT environment, which applies its own data policies. Google and Cloudflare process information needed for this integration.

Retention and revocation

Account connection data is retained while authorized to provide the service. Disconnecting through the connector deletes stored Google connection credentials and connector authorization records for that user. You can also revoke Google account access in Google Account connections. Messages or outputs already shared with ChatGPT are governed separately by that platform.

Google API Limited Use

Marketing Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
